Le Commencement

I've decided to finally give in and make myself a blog. I have a few friends I enjoy reading up on, but didn't think I really had enough to say myself to actually start one. However, after typing out all sorts of notes on facebook, realizing it wasn't necessarily the best environments for my thoughts, I decided I should have a new outlet. A place I can spout off thoughts, ideas, questions and still be able to hear encouragement, advice, thoughts and opinions of my friends. I'm hoping maybe I can convince the hubby to join me in this, but I'm not going to count on anything quite yet...

So what do I make my first blog entry about? The beginning of, what I expect to be, quite a few. I thought about making the whole entry describing myself, but that could be long, I could forget things and I think it might be fun to just slowly add things along the way. Plus I suspect those who actually read this will know most of them anyway, and if they don't I don't know if I particularly want to be discussing too much. Well what better way to start a blog than writing about starting a blog?
